Refund and Returns Policy

At SytechBD, we aim to provide high-quality and 100% genuine products. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is physically damaged upon delivery

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly

  • You received an incomplete package

Important:
To be eligible, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • Must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, stickers, boxes must be intact

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof (mandatory)

We reserve the right to deny returns without proper proof.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer

  • Products without unboxing video

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Water-damaged products

  • Screen-protector, cables, gifts, or free items

  • Software, digital items, or subscriptions


4. Refund Process

Refunds are provided only if:

  • Replacement is not available

  • Wrong or faulty item was delivered

  • Order is canceled before shipping

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

  • Store Credit (if customer prefers)

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days after approval.


5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

Replacement is processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before shipping: Full refund

  • After shipping: Delivery charge is non-refundable

SytechBD may cancel any order due to stock issues or verification problems. Full refund will be issued in such cases.


7. Delivery & Return Shipping Cost

  • If the mistake is from SytechBD → We cover all shipping costs.

  • If the issue is from customer side → Customer must pay shipping charges.
